Return & Exchange Policy

At Outbound Concepts, our apparel is produced with care and, in many cases, made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy.

Returns

We accept returns only for verified product quality issues, including manufacturing defects, printing errors, or damage sustained during shipping.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all size exchanges. Outbound Concepts will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection outside the exchange window

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please message contact@outboundconcepts.com and include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the request

  • Photos (required for quality-related returns)
