What is you return & exchange policy?

At Outbound Concepts, our apparel is produced with care and, in many cases, made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy.

Returns

We accept returns only for verified product quality issues, including manufacturing defects, printing errors, or damage sustained during shipping.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 10 days of receipt, subject to product availability.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all size exchanges. Outbound Concepts will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our apparel, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection outside the exchange window
  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes
  • Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery

Absolutely! We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products.

Where are your products manufactured?

Every Outbound Concepts product starts in Colorado. Some pieces are made locally, while others are produced through trusted manufacturing partners around the world. We carefully select who we work with to make sure every product meets our standards for quality, durability, and fair value.

What if I have a product quality issue?

If your item arrives with a product defect or misprinted graphic, please contact contact@outboundconcepts.com within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it promptly.

What are your shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the continental US. You can see exact shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase. International shipping rates vary by destination and will be quoted during checkout.

When will I get my order?

We process orders within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping is currently moving slower than normal, and customers can around 1-2 weeks for delivery within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. International orders may take 2-3 weeks depending on the destination. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
